Since September 2023 with EBNER Industrieofenbau.
I completed my compulsory schooling and then attended my 9th year of school at HTL 1, specializing in structural engineering design. After that, I decided to start an apprenticeship at EBNER in order to learn a practical profession and further develop my interest in technology.

My job is very diverse and gives me the opportunity to develop many manual skills, better understand technical processes, and learn step by step how machines work and how they are assembled.

I especially look forward to working with my colleagues and to the different tasks and assignments I get to be involved in throughout the day.
Was war Ihr interessantestes Arbeitserlebnis bei EBNER?
What I found particularly exciting was my first insight into the production hall and my first opportunity to actively work in different groups. It was also very interesting to spend time at G. Klampfer as part of our training, because it gave me the chance to gain insight into a different profession and a different working environment.

What motivates me is learning new things and developing new skills. I really appreciate the variety in my working days, and I enjoy working carefully and precisely. I am especially motivated by challenging tasks that require me to think and learn at the same time.
Wie schaut Ihr typischer Arbeitstag bei EBNER aus?
My daily work mainly consists of completing assignments in my current group and coordinating with my colleagues. In this way, I learn something new every day and continue to gain practical experience.
Welche Benefits schätzen Sie bei EBNER am meisten?
What I appreciate most is the flexitime model, because it gives me more flexibility in my daily work.
