To my colleagues and the opportunity to negotiate exciting contracts together.

Everyone needs inspiration and motivation to get through the daily grind. What keeps you going?

What does your typical day-to-day work at EBNER look like?

I start by discussing current issues with my colleagues. Then there are usually a few internal and external meetings. In between, I answer emails to clarify legal issues from across the EBNER GROUP. Sometimes I also attend appointments with the authorities. I usually use my home office days to concentrate on drawing up or reviewing contracts. In any case, no two days are the same and there are always new challenges to face.

What benefits do you value most at EBNER?

I particularly like the in-house gym and, of course, the canteen.

What advice would you give someone who wanted to apply for a job at EBNER?

My tip is never to hold back with new ideas. These are appreciated at EBNER and are often implemented quickly. It is also advisable to be open to other cultures and languages.
