I started at EBNER in February 2023 as a Junior Product Manager, part-time alongside my studies. I have now been working full-time as a Sales & Project Manager since the beginning of 2024. Currently, the main focus of my work is still on project management, but I am gradually being integrated into various sales processes in order to be able to manage both areas of responsibility independently in the long term.

Careful, cost-efficient and precise handling of sales projects in cooperation with various departments and customers.
When you are on your way to work in the morning, what are you looking forward to?
To my great colleagues and the varied challenges that every day brings.
What was the most interesting experience you have had at EBNER?
This definitely includes my first customer visits. It’s just nice to get to know our customers and partners in person, with whom you work intensively over several months.
Everyone needs inspiration and motivation to get through the daily grind. What keeps you going?
The respectful, yet informal interaction with one another and the certainty that my commitment is appreciated both internally and externally.
What does your typical day-to-day work at EBNER look like?
My day-to-day work is very varied, as each customer project brings its own individual challenges. I coordinate processes, solve problems and ensure that everyone involved works together smoothly. No two days are the same, but that’s what makes the job exciting.
What benefits do you value most at EBNER?
At EBNER, I particularly appreciate the wide range of training opportunities that help me to understand our complex products even better and to represent them competently. Whether through technical online seminars, practical training courses or the opportunity to be present during commissioning directly at the customer’s site – all these measures contribute significantly to deepening my specialist knowledge and developing an even better understanding of the application of our technologies in real use.
