I joined EBNER in December 2021 and have since taken over as head of Corporate Quality Management. My focus is on the further development and global harmonization of our quality standards. Trust-based cooperation and a working environment in which collaboration and further development are actively practiced are particularly important to me.

Describe your job in one sentence.
I am responsible for establishing and continuously improving a company-wide quality management system that is geared toward continuous development and international standards.
What do you look forward to when you go to work in the morning?
The exchange with colleagues, new ideas, and the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of the organization.
What was your most interesting work experience at EBNER?
I had several interesting work experiences at EBNER. The successful external ISO certifications and the introduction of the organization manual (IMS/QMS) at the Leonding site for various companies were particularly memorable. The introduction of the SAP measuring equipment management tool and idea management were also real successes. The good cooperation within the EBNER GROUP is particularly noteworthy.
Everyone needs inspiration and motivation in their daily work. What drives you?
I am motivated by the idea of quality not just as a goal, but as a continuous process—with the aim of being better today than yesterday.
What does your typical working day at EBNER look like?
It consists of strategic planning, coordination with specialist departments and international partners, and the continuous improvement of our quality processes.
What benefits do you appreciate most at EBNER?
The collegial working atmosphere, the international orientation of the company, and the opportunity to actively take on responsibility.
What advice/tip would you give to someone who wants to apply for a job at EBNER?
